Can one have too many radios? I think this answers that question!

  1. I saw this earlier this week, and it’s just plain scary. I’d like to hear what happens when he gets pulled over for distracted driving.

But this does bring to mind a couple of interesting (to me) questions: First, while I can understand 2, maybe 3 radios and a scanner (or even two), what the heck are you going to do with all those? (Mind you, the most I’ve ever had was a VHF/UHF rig and an HF rig.) The second question is: With all that work, why bother with magmount antennas? :-)

  2. I think it is more of an attraction then functional. I can’t actually visualize someone sitting in it and driving.

Maybe he didn’t want to drill any holes in the roof so as not to damage the vehicle and impact its resale value? ;-)

I wonder what is in the trunk?

How many batteries are there to power so many devices if they could even be concurrently powered up?

I wonder if driving this vehicle through an EZ-Pass lane causes the system at the toll plaza to cease to function?
