In all cases I'm aware of it has been possible to help the individual get things up and running. There's also a Yahoo Group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ARRL-LOTW/ that provides assistance or answer to questions about it, supported by other hams. I know that LoTW has provided me with a great benefit with DXCCs confirmed via LoTW that I don't yet have confirmed via paper QSL cards. I now use eQSL AG and I will reply to bureau and direct cards if I receive them. I can't believe that in these days of user friendly computer system the ARRL could come up with such a ridiculous system as LOTW. I predict that it will lead to the demise of ARRL awards if it is allowed to continue without being made much more user friendly. I already have my DXCC from years ago.
